When a sea brake on a flat sandy or shingle beach much of the waves energy is dispersed as it breaks whereas when a wave comes in contact with a solid wall or cliff face this energy is reflected back directly in the direction the wave was coming from. This inevitably results in a confused area of broken water and dangerous sea.

For UK shipping, the smaller paintings that appear at £150.00/200.00 cost £12.00 for packing and posting and the larger paintings which come in around £350.00/£400.00 cost £15.00 for packing and postage. A tracking method is used.
